Marge Torok

For over fifty years, Grendel-Wittbold Insurance has been insuring people just like You, people who want a knowledgeable agent who can be trusted, who genuinely cares about You and protecting what is important to You.

For most of the Agency’s history, Marge Torok has been at the helm. Widowed at a young age, Marge entered the insurance world as an employee of the Agency, then purchased it from Mr. Robert Wittbold. Over the next thirty-five years, in addition to being a busy mother, Girl Scout leader, a very active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Downriver YMCA, Soroptimists, Michigan Independent Insurance Agents Association, and numerous other community and professional organizations, Marge and her staff built an even more successful independent insurance agency. Her friends were her clients and her clients became her friends.

Today we are continuing to build Grendel-Wittbold Insurance, always conscious of our responsibility to You and people just like You in our community. Professionally and technologically, we have made many changes over the years and we will continue. What we have not and will not change is the character of the Agency and the staff who serve You—we are still trustworthy agents who genuinely care about You and protecting what is important to You.
